1/3 cup Coconut Oil
Pinch of Salt
3 Eggs
Any flavor of choice (raw or sautéed liver, sea salt, etc.)
Preheat oven to 400° F
1. Add coconut oil and a pinch of salt to the almond flour
2. Add eggs and any flavor of choice and mix
3. Put in greased pans or cookie sheets and bake until done; about 30 minutes
* To make your own almond flour:
1. Soak raw, organic almonds in salt water for 7-12 hours
(you can get almonds at Sundance, Capella’s, Hummingbird wholesale, etc.)
2. Drain almonds and put on cookie sheet
3. Dry in 170 degree oven or dehydrator for about 12 hours
4. Let cool, then grind in coffee mill or Vita Mix (blender) until course flour consistency
