Ingredients:
- Free-range organic steak, chicken or turkey breast, lamb chop, etc
- Sea salt
- Slice meat of your choice into half-inch strips and place on dehydrator tray
- Sprinkle with sea salt
- Dehydrate at 145 degrees Fahrenheit for two hours
- Reduce temperature to 120 degrees Fahrenheit for another four hours or until meat is thoroughly dry
- Store in the refrigerator for up to three weeks
Other Seasoning Option:
Purchase Answer Fermented Fish Stock and coat the meat with the stock before dehydrating for a great flavor option (if doing so, omit sea salt & lay a piece of parchment paper on dehydrator screen before laying down meat).
